Our Graduate Onboarding Network positions provide extended onboarding, which includes regular seminars and meetings which among other things, give you a deeper knowledge of Scania. You'll also have the unique opportunity to build an invaluable network for the future.

Application and Recruitment process

Recruitments for positions that include the Graduate Onboarding Network will be open from February 1st until June 1st. The positions are mainly within Research and Development, Purchasing, Production and Logistics. You’ll find the open spots further down. Positions will be added and removed throughout this period, therefore make sure to check in from time to time to increase your chance of finding something that suits your interest!

To be eligible to apply for these positions, you have a bachelor's or master's degree with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience in your field of study. 

Ongoing selection and interviews will take place during the application period.
